Can I tip with my credit card?
We encourage clients to tip with either cash , Venmo , Zelle , or Cashapp . We do not add gratuities onto credit cards unfortunately .
What do I do if I need to cancel?
All services must be cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid being charged a $50.00 cancellation fee per service booked. Please note, because we are a “ collective “ some stylists do operate individually within the salon. If you have questions about your stylist’s policies please let us know. You can also reach out to them directly through their social media outlets found on the “ Our Team “ link.
Can I bring my dog, or child to my appointment ?
At Village Parlor we love our children both two legged and four, but neither dogs nor children under age 10 are encouraged to accompany you to your appointment.
What if my clothing is damaged during a hair color service?
We always encourage clients to chang out of any clothing they consider valuable. We offer robes that can be worn either over your clothing, or in place of. We are not responsible for any items being damaged during a hair color service.
Do you guys offer blowouts with hair color services?
Color services do not include a blowdry. If an assistant is available they can dry your hair for a $25 charge. Clients are also welcome to blow dry their own hair, or schedule with a Village Parlor stylist of their choice.
Where can I park ?
Parking can be found on the side of our building, as well as plenty of street parking up and down Kercheval.
What if I schedule the wrong service online?
We offer a range of services that require different lengths of time and skill set. In the event that we need to adjust the specific service type that has been booked online any price difference will be applied.
